The Millersburg Fire Company was dispatched on April 14, 2021 around 1900 for a reported vehicle fire on Manor Drive. Chief, Engine, Tanker and Attack 20 responded. Chief 20 arrived and found a vehicle with an engine compartment fire spreading to the interior. Engine 20 arrived and was ordered to deploy a preconnected hose from the front bumper of Engine 20 and attack the fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and control was marked 3 minutes after arrival. Crews overhauled and checked for further hazards to ensure the vehicle was safe prior to departure. Fire company units were assisted on the scene by Millersburg Ambulance Association and the Millersburg Police Department. There were a total of 20 volunteers responded on this response.
